DJ Webmin is not responsible for server errors or security break-in issues. DJ Webmin has taken many steps to ensure complete security to customer accounts. It is the member's responsibility to keep their login information private, DJ Webmin is not responsible for account number and password cracks.

1-Year Membership definition
DJ Webmin offers a 1-year membership to customers for $49 or $119 usd. Once a membership has been setup for DJ Webmin you are responsible for the privacy of your login and password information as well as backing up your downloadable .csv spreadsheet files of your data. Your 1-year membership gives you unlimited access 24-hours a day to your DJ Webmin login control center. You will receive newsletters from DJ Webmin and ProDJ.com Internet Services, out parent company. At the end of the 1-year membership period your credit card will be auto-billed $49 or $119 usd without notice. If you wish to not renew your 1-year membership you must email sales@djwebmin.com a request to not renew and to not auto-bill your credit card. Along with your request you must specify your account number and password for verification that you are the account owner. Auto-billed renewal's are not refunded.

Data Loss
DJ Webmin does back-up member data daily in case of database corruption, server corruption. DJ Webmin will post a message for members to see that states a database has had troubles and needs re-instating. This may mean that data from that day needs to be re-entered by members who added data within that 24-hours. Every step is taken to prevent this occurrence, but it is possible to happen and lose new data from past 24-hours of entry. DJ Webmin cannot be held legally accountable for lost information due to the above stated and will work closely with anybody who has lost data to try and re-capture data.

Refunds
DJ Webmin is not responsible to refund purchased services unless services are not rendered. All customers are given, in most cases, up to a 30-day no obligation trial period to decide if the purchase of DJ Webmin is an interest. Following the no obligation 30-day trial period there are no refunds due to lack of interest or similar reasons.

Use of material on the DJWebmin.com Website
The information, artwork, text, video, audio, animation, or picture files (collectively, 'Materials') contained on the DJWebmin.com Website are protected by copyright laws. You may only access and use the Materials for personal or educational purposes. You may not modify or use the Materials for any other purpose without ProDJ.com Internet Services express written consent. Except as provided below, you may not reproduce, republish, post, transmit or distribute any Materials on the DJWebmin.com Website, in whole or in part, without ProDJ.com Internet Services prior written permission.
